Grout Plant Coordinator
Minimum requirements
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
Grade 11 or equivalent NQF level 4
Trade Certificate / Technical Diploma / Project Management Certificate
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's License and own vehicle
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grout Plant Supervisor would be advantageous
Experience compiling risk assessments and safe working procedures Experience conducting planned inspections Sound knowledge of Grout Plant operations, equipment, and methodsThe successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Effective supervision of the underground and surface Grout Plant crews Effective planning, leading, organising, and controlling within the area of responsibility to achieve daily production, quality, and safety targets Cost containment through effective budget management and efficient target achievement Accurate and timely reporting Effective stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth workflows and target achievement Efficient achievement of production and quality targets in line with DMR and project scope Proactive risk identification and mitigation in alignment with legal regulations, standards, procedures, and policies Effective self and team management in alignment with values and leadership initiatives Self and team understand and comply with legal regulations and standards, procedures, policies, and safety protocols * Adhere to MHSA standards & Gold1 Group's safety motto:
