Role: Growth ManagerLocation: Remote within South AfricaDepartment: MarketingAbout the RoleAt Nivoda, we are not just growing; we are scaling at an unprecedented pace. As Growth Manager, you will be at the forefront of this, increasing velocity of buyer acquisition and revenue up-sell. This role is not just about hitting targets; it's about redefining what's possible in the world's largest diamond marketplace.You will be the architect of platform revenue by driving both performance and growth. Your primary focus will be on optimising customer acquisition and retention strategies for our most buyers across the Nivoda portfolio. This role is designed for a dynamic marketer who can blend data-driven decision-making with scrappy and creative acquisition tactics, ensuring that performance remains the priority as we expand our market presence.What You'll Do:Own acquisition and funnel optimisationDetermine the demand generation strategy for the entire Nivoda portfolio, owning acquisition and conversion throughout the entire marketing funnelOwn all paid media spend, including SEM and social media advertising, and optimise for qualified pipeline conversionOversee all participation in industry events and trade publicationsOwn and execute a referral program to maximise referral based growth within our jewellers and suppliersCreate and execute an account based marketing strategy to convert top target accountsWork in partnership with our sales team to coordinate outreach and optimise the sales cycleCreate and execute email marketing campaigns to target top accounts across various locations and productsWhen applicable, target top accounts in other ways, including direct mail advertising, localised events, in store advertising, and moreManage external resourcesOversee and act as the primary liaison between Nivoda and external agencies, freelancers, and consultants across the above initiativesEnsure all external resources align with brand messaging, business goals, and quality standardsNegotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track performance to maximise ROIBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environmentProven track record of driving successful ABM and performance marketing campaigns with measurable outcomesStrong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance trackingPreferred Qualifications:Experience in luxury goods, marketplaces, or the diamond industryFamiliarity with location-based marketing strategies and toolsStrong understanding of brand-building principles alongside performance marketing tacticsExcellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyCompetencies:Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and results.Ability to balance performance-driven tactics with brand-building initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What Nivoda Offers:Fast-paced and multinational working environment.Collaboration with global teams offering diverse experiences and perspectives.The opportunity to be part of a hyper-growth scale-up.Flexibility with remote working.Generous holiday allowance.Medical aid through Discovery
