ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

The GTM Solutions Specialists participate in the delivery of solution design, configuration, and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This position is required to offer pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals. They work towards expert-level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
  • Offer detailed technical support in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design, and development, propose technical solutions and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the clients requirements.
  • Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
  • Participate in the development of technical training and training programs.
  • Identify opportunities and contribute subject matter expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the solution roadmap and milestones.
  • Work on strategic projects that enhance current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
  • Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learned with clients.
  • Understand the clients environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.

  • Strong understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the market, verticals, horizontals, business administration, and business change
  • inability to lead technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholders

  • Possess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
  • Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously
Required (not-negotiable):
  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • A relevant computer science or information science qualification.
  • Leading SAFe knowledge and experience
  • Must have a good grasp of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications and Power Platform
EXPERIENCE

Required (not-negotiable):
  • Implementation with the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online and on-premise)
  • Power Apps (Model Driven Apps)
  • Azure
  • Daily customer interaction
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a related environment
  • Experience working across multiple domains
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions
Advantageous (nice-to-have):
  • Power BI
  • Dynamics and SharePoint Integration
