All work is carried out in line with the hotels guidelines, and The Radisson Hotel Groups corporate guidelines and service concepts.TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPROVIDE COURTEOUS ASSISTANCE WITH LUGGAGE, ROOMING AND GUEST RELATIONSxc2xb7 To welcome and escort guests upon arrival exhibiting courteous mannersxc2xb7 To open car doors and/or entrance doorxc2xb7 To ensure that all guests checking in and out are offered help with their luggage.xc2xb7 To assist guests in every way possible.xc2xb7 To maintain a presence in the lobby so that there is always somebody available to answer guest's queries.xc2xb7 To ensure that the lobby, corridors and entrance area and outside hotel are always clean and tidy by picking up litter, emptying ashtrays and properly arranging furniture in line with the laid down standard.xc2xb7 Inform guests of local parking areas, fees and park their car if requested.xc2xb7 Move parking cones and ensure timeous assistance when guest arrive to park their carxc2xb7 Speaks clearly with guests in a friendly and polite manner.xc2xb7 Informs guest of hotels F&B, leisure facilities, shuttle services and history while escorting the guest to the room.xc2xb7 Keeps luggage storage room clean and tidyxc2xb7 Ensures the efficient delivery and collection of group luggagexc2xb7 Facilitates prompt check-out by assisting guestsxc2xb7 Assists guests with luggage to the vehicle.xc2xb7 Assists guests to bring luggage with care from room to hotel entrancexc2xb7 Stores and receives luggage when requested; issues completed claim checks to guests when storing luggagexc2xb7 Offer assistance in obtaining transport / guest vehicle at the point of departurexc2xb7 Load the luggage into the guest transport and invite the guest to verify the luggage countxc2xb7 Makes an effort to find out the guests name and uses the guest name when introducing the guest to colleagues at Front Desk or other departments
