Renowned Safari Company is looking for a GUEST EXPERIENCE LIASON to join their teamCandidate requirements:

Grade 12 is essential.
Tertiary education in Travel/Tourism or Hospitality essential.
Ideally 3-5 years of experience in reservations.
Experience working in a safari lodge is preferred.
Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industry is essential.
Must be computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet).
Proven English literacy xe2x80x93 written and verbal.
Working knowledge of general booking /operating systems.
General destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa.
Problem solver and good with guest interaction.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, in English.
Foreign language skills advantageous.
Excellent telephone skills, professional, helpful, and friendly whilst under pressure.
Creative, organized, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure without compromising accuracy.
A consistent approach to quality of output, service, and result-orientated.
Good administrator and professional in all dealings.
