Guest Experience Liaison

A World Renowned Safari Company is looking for a GUEST EXPERIENCE LIAISON (emergency after hours)Candidate Requirements:

Matric is essential and a further qualification in travel and tourism is a big advantage
Minimum of 5 years of high end safari reservations experience at a senior level
Must have a real passion for wildlife and conservation as well as a commitment to sustainability
Must have excellent communication skills in English
The ability to speak a foreign language is a big bonus!
Must have a great background in guest relations, promotion and inbound tourism
Must be well-travelled (both personal and work experience) in Southern and Eastern Africa
Must be able to engage with a wide range of people with ease
Must be well presented and professional with brilliant admin skills
Must be proficient in MS Office, TourPlan etc...
Must be highly organised, creative and consistent in their work
Must be a natural problem solver with excellent attention to details
Must be very well presented
Must be confident, outgoing, positive and energetic
Must be able to multi-task to a high level and keep cool and calm under pressure
Must always be willing to go the extra mile!
References will be thoroughly checked and need to be excellent
