An UltraLuxurious Hotel is looking for a GUEST RELATIONS OFFICERCandidate requirements:
- Hospitality Diploma (Beneficial)
- Proven experience within a similar role at a 5* establishment
- Excellent admin & organizational skills
- Passion & care for guest experience
- Sound knowledge on SA wines
- Excellent personal appearance & presentation
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Leadership skills
- Experience in managing small teams
- Outgoing personality
- High standard of SOP delivery
- Flexible, hands on and motivated individual
