RedCat Recruitment is seeking a GUEST RELATIONS SPECIALIST for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable transport. Hospitality qualification/s an advantage.
Competent computer skills (Email / Microsoft Office). Experience on hospitality programmes an added advantage.
3yrs+ working experience in a similar position.
Act as the main point of contact for clients booking weddings and events at the venue.

Provide detailed information about services, packages, and amenities to potential clients.

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for their special events. Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance their stay. Work closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure seamless execution of weddings and events.
Coordinate with various departments to meet client expectations and create a memorable experience for guests.
Maintain effective communication with clients, guests, and internal teams.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events or guest stays. Take a proactive approach to anticipate and mitigate potential concerns.
