Key Responsibilities

Provide professional hairdressing services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and luxury service in the salon or spa area
Stay updated with the latest trends in hairstyling and luxury beauty treatments
Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and high-quality services
Work closely with the spa and wellness team to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

Certified Hairdresser with formal training from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury lodge, hotel, resort, or high-end salon
Proficiency in cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments for diverse hair types
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide a bespoke guest experience
Professional appearance and ability to maintain a calm and welcoming demeanor
Knowledge of premium hair care products and treatments

Preferred Skills

Experience in working with international clients in a luxury hospitality setting
Additional expertise in beauty treatments such as scalp treatments or bridal styling
Ability to recommend and sell luxury hair care products
