Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Ensure the use of high-quality products and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer a modern, luxurious experience.
Collaborate with spa team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a hairdresser, preferably in a luxury spa or resort setting.
Valid hairdressing qualifications or certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Knowledge of current hair trends, styles, and products.
Previous experience in a high-end or hospitality environment is a plus.
