We are looking for a skilled and personable Hairdresser to join our team, providing exceptional hair and grooming services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced, knowledgeable in the latest trends and dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of hair services, including cuts, styling, coloring, and treatments for both men and women.

Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.

Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver the best possible service.

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Offer and promote additional spa services, products, and treatments to clients as appropriate.

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ensure all equipment and tools are sterilized and maintained regularly.

Follow all salon procedures and guidelines, including customer booking, payment processing, and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Hairdresser with a recognized certification (e.g., City & Guilds, NQF Level 4, or equivalent).

At least 3 - 5 years of experience working as a Hairdresser in a spa or salon environment.

Proven experience in cutting, coloring, and styling a wide range of hair types.

Experience in providing hair treatments and using professional products.

Knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques
