Master Maths - Maths and Physical Science Tutor

Position Details:

Location: Mondeor, Joburg South

Responsibilities:

o Conduct tutoring sessions.

o Explain mathematical and physical science concepts clearly and patiently.

o Assist students with exam preparation.

o Foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

o Strong math and science background - 75% or more for Mathematics and Physical Science on your National Senior Certificate Qualification.

o Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field would be beneficial.

o Excellent communication skills.

o Patience and empathy.

o Previous tutoring experience is a plus.

Schedule: Mondays to Friday from 13h30-18h30 and alternate Saturday mornings 09h00-13h00.

We would like to inform all potential candidates that as part of the interview process, you will be required to complete a formative assessment. This is to ensure that you have a solid knowledge of the subjects you will be tutoring, specifically Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the FET Phase (Grade 12) level.
