• Perform jobs as per completed job cards
• Provide administrative support to the office
• Mitigate risk factors and comply with standards
• Accompany on-site contractors

REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

• Grade 10 / equivalent technical vocational qualification
• Basic Technical Assistant Training (Mediclinic) or any other related technical training

DESIRED EDUCATION:

• Grade 12
• Code B driver's licence

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in building maintenance and repair
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing and general electrical fittings
• Special focus on electrical maintenance and repair
• Special focus on mechanical maintenance and repair
• Special focus on civil/ plumbing maintenance and repair
• Special focus on air-conditioning maintenance and repair

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to read layout plans and diagrams
• Ability to fix general electrical equipment
• Knowledge and demonstration of solving plumbing related issues
