- Perform jobs as per completed job cards
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Mitigate risk factors and comply with standards
- Accompany on-site contractors
- Grade 10 / equivalent technical vocational qualification
- Basic Technical Assistant Training (Mediclinic) or any other related technical training
- Grade 12
- Code B driver's licence
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in building maintenance and repair
- Special focus on civil/ plumbing maintenance and repair
- Special focus on civil/plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Ability to read layout plans and diagrams
- Domestic plumbing
- Knowledge and demonstration of solving plumbing related issues
