Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Operations Management with digital marketing experience
- Proven work experience as Ops Manager xe2x80x93 hardware environment
- 3+ years experience with hardware and familiar with business & financial principles
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- MS Office literacy and valid drivers : willing to travel to branches on an adhoc basis
- Hours of work : Monday xe2x80x93 Friday 8am-5pm & Saturdays 8am-2pm
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost effective way
- Improve operations management systems, processes & best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory & oversee warehouse efficiency
- Ensure processes are legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Marketing and manage budgets / forecasts
- Examine financial data and improve profitability
- Manage budgets / forecasts
- Perform quality controls & monitor production KPIxe2x80x99s
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
