xc2xb7 Address customer queries and provide technical support for hardware products in operations, against predefined product specifications and frameworks.
xc2xb7 Liaise with internal Sales and Support teams, as well as Commercial and Operational teams from the
xc2xb7 customer to align product capabilities with expectation and ensure Support structures cater for unique requirements where applicable.
xc2xb7 Perform analyses and reporting of hardware performance, incident reviews, and customer request feedback.
xc2xb7 Collaborate with the hardware development team to resolve issues and improve products.
xc2xb7 Develop and maintain documentation for hardware products.
xc2xb7 Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams.
xc2xb7 Monitor and report on hardware product performance.
xc2xb7 Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
xc2xb7 Provide input on hardware product enhancements based on customer feedback.Requirements:
xc2xb7 A minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a hardware product operations, development, or support role.
xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
xc2xb7 Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
xc2xb7 Experience with hardware product documentation and training.
