Job Description
A client of ours within the fleet management solutions industry is looking for a qualified and experienced Hardware Product Development Lead to join their strong teamAreas of Responsibilites:
- Lead the development, design, and refinement of the vehicle camera system including fatigue monitoring cameras and driver behaviour cameras
- Evaluate and measure the perfomance of devices in use and compare against market standards and competitors to inform future product development and innovation
- Lead the Machine Learning team to develop propriety camera technology that leverages Machine Vision Initiatives and ensure seamless intergration of hardware and software components
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including all clients who may have challenging requirements and feedback. This includes providing clear clear, technical explanations for product functionality, design decisions, and problem solving processes
- Move the needle on identifying, evaluating new products, alternative products and new configurations which will impact the growth and sustainability of the hardware solutions of the organization.
- Bachelor degree in IT (Information Technology), Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience as a divisional lead in hardware product development with outstanding track record from a corporate entity
