Have you worked in retail either in the hardware or building industry dealing with clients in Afrikaans and English and Matric essential?
Our client based in Stellenbosch is seeking a confident, driven, and hardworking salesman to join their team.REQUIREMENTS
- Matric essential, relevant qualifications advantageous
- 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in similar role
- Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans. IsiXhosa (Advantageous)
- Ability to provide exceptional service, address client needs, and resolve issues
- Proficiency in handling inquiries, creating quotes, and closing deals
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, track orders, and maintain accurate records
- Understand the companyxe2x80x99s range of building products and services, including materials, construction methods, and design options.
- Be able to advise clients on how to tailor products or services to meet their specific needs.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and pricing to potential and existing clients.
- Handle and process orders, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and estimates to clients based on their requirements.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, provide additional information, and advance the sales process
