Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our harvest team for the upcoming season. As a Harvest Hand, you will play a vital role in the grape harvesting process, ensuring the quality of our produce.Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-picking grapes with care to maintain quality.
- Sorting and selecting grapes to meet vineyard standards.
- Assisting in transporting grapes to the winery.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Working collaboratively with the harvest team to meet daily targets.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in agricultural or vineyard work is a plus but not required.
- Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of outdoor work.
- Ability to work under varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transport to and from the vineyard.
- Available for the entire harvest season (typically January to March).
- Competitive hourly rate.
- On-the-job training for those new to vineyard work.
