The role involves managing the bakery's production schedules, overseeing staff, creating new recipes and maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety. The head baker will also be required to maintain a safe and organised bakery environment, train staff and manage inventory and supplies.Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years proven experience in a bakery or similar food production environment.
• Pastry qualification (advantageous).
• Excellent baking and pastry making skills, including the ability to develop and innovate steps.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and training staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Must have own transport and valid drivers license - non-negotiable.

This is a full-time position, and the Head Baker must be willing to work flexible hours, including 4am morning starts, evenings and weekends to meet production schedules.Ready to Join?
