SUMMARY:
A prestigious wine estate is in search of a HEAD BARMAN to craft unforgettable experiences, one perfectly poured drink at a timePOSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be fluent in English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 4 years of luxury hotel experience
- Mixologist and WSET/CWA certification advantageous
- Must be guest-focused and service orientated at all times
- Confident and hands-on
- Ability to conduct regular stock-takes
- Fully computer literate and analytically skilled
- Flexible with working hours and must be physically fit
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment
- Must have strong leadership capabilities
