• Proficient in all culinary methods needed to present minimum standard menu's
• The ability to ensure that the highest level of standard is maintained at all times
• Excellent stock control, management of orders and produce
• Ability to manage & oversee all aspects of the kitchen
• operations, including management of resources, i.e., gas, water,
• electricity, etc.
• Good financial acumen required for controls, budgeting &
• procurement requirements.
• The ability to manage and train staff in an uplifting and positive manner.
• Monitor food standards and hold high standards of hygiene.
• Valid drivers License & own transport is advised.
• Must have good leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
