Join the culinary team at a premier 5-star game lodge known for its exceptional dining experience. We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen, crafting exquisite dishes that reflect the lodges luxury and natural setting.POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring adherence to high culinary standards.
• Develop and innovate seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and cater to diverse guest preferences.
• Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain kitchen inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-end or 5-star

setting. * Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in creating and executing diverse and sophisticated menus.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
