Job SummaryResponsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain budget control, including food costs, stock management, and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
  • Work closely with management to uphold the establishments reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or 5-star establishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in menu creation, cost control, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Culinary qualification from a recognized institution.
