Job Description
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Relevant 4-year tertiary qualification (B Com, LLB, Risk Management, Law degree) xe2x80x93 Postgraduate.
- Plus, professional accreditation in Compliance and related (i.e. CPrac; Ethics; CISA, etc.)
- Experience in Compliance, Ethics, and Governance at general Management level: 10 plus years
- Experience at Senior Management level within compliance, governance and ethics: 5 years
- Policies and Procedures
- Compliance Management principles
- Regulatory reporting and oversight
- Legislation and knowledge of legal frameworks Microsoft
- Compliance softwarexe2x80x99s and systems
- Process Engineer
- Legal knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Governance
