Helloxe2x80xa6an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our HINT area. We are looking to recruit a Head of Data and Analytics.The main purpose of the role is to drive the journey and transformation for each of HINTxe2x80x99s country operations to become data centric and analytics led in their business decisioning. HINTxe2x80x99s overall objective is to drive substantial bottom-line value by transforming each countryxe2x80x99s key decision processes (e.g. sales, marketing, pricing, procurement, fraud, claims) to be led by data-driven insights and analytics.Key responsibilities are:Strategic Leadership:Vision & Strategy: Develop and drive a clear vision and strategy for HINT Data & Analytics, aligning with overall business goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with HINT senior leadership to secure buy-in and ensure alignment with analytics solutions and strategies.Data Infrastructure & Management:Data Architecture: Design and implement a scalable data architecture and platform, optimizing for efficiency and cost.Data Management & Access: Establish efficient data management processes, ensuring access for key stakeholders across HINT.Data Governance: Lead the design and execution of data governance processes across HINT to maintain data integrity and compliance.Analytics Management:Reporting & Insights: Enhance insights and reporting capabilities across HINT countries to support data-driven decisions.Predictive Analytics: Implement predictive analytics models to anticipate trends, customer behaviour, and risk, enabling proactive decision-making.Advanced Analytics: Drive the development and integration of advanced data science techniques, including machine learning and AI, to uncover deeper insights and optimize business processes.Business Value: Identify, prioritize, and deliver on key business opportunities where advanced analytics can drive bottom-line value.Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Lead the integration of RPA solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and improve data accuracy.Team Development:Team Leadership: Drive the development of data teams within HINT and across countries, ensuring they deliver on the Data and Analytics agenda effectively.Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies and methodologies.Key stakeholdersHINT CEOHINT Life and GI Managing ExecsHINT Executive Head of Digital and TechnologyCountry CEOs and MDs of the respective country licenses and their respective sales, marketing and operations teams including any reporting or analytics resources in countriesHINT actuarial pricing and valuations teamsThe Hollard Central Head of Data, Analytics, Digital and Data ScienceOrganisation structureThe role reports into the HINT CEO.
