Job Description
Job Summary Candidate Requirements:
- Meticulous in all aspects of Managing the guiding department
- Manage and oversee the staff in the guiding department
- Staff training and development
- Assist the Marketing team to manage social media content
- Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the guiding department
- Assist around the lodge in other departments if needed
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
- Manage departmental budget comparisons
- 2 to 3 years experience in a Big 5 Game Reserve and Luxury Lodges are essential
- Valid RSA ID
- Experience in Wildlife photography will be an advantage
- Valid First Aid
- Matric/Grade 12
- FGASA NQF4 Field Guide
- FGASA Trails Guide
- Valid RSA Drivers License and PDP
- Firearm competency
- Strong leadership skills. Mature and responsible
- Well spoken, well-groomed and presentable
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Be guest-centric ensuring great experiences
- Promote & foster teamwork
