Job Description
Stunning Lodge Collection (3 Properties) in the Kruger Park are looking for a strong HEAD GUIDE
Candidate requirements;
- Must have at least two years in a Head Guide position, at a luxury five star property
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience at a five star luxury property
- Experience managing a team of 10 + is preferred
- FGASA or VDPA Lead Trails, KNP proficiency will be a bonus.
- ARH & Rifle proficiency / SAPS Competency Certificate essential
- Valid Drivers license, PDP and First Aid Level 2 essential with Wilderness component
- Must be CATHSSETA/NDT Registered
- Must have strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
- Must be able to communicate well with guides and take charge of the department.
- Must be guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
- Must have a stable employment history
- Must reference incredibly well!
21 Annual Leave Days after a year of service.
