Key Responsibilities:

Oversee timely delivery and quality of all VAS and Digital products and services
Optimize workflow processes and ensure adherence
Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and reporting
Develop and implement VAS and Digital strategies aligned with company goals
Lead selected top-tier client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables
Drive holistic reporting and disclosure services, including interim and annual, ESG, and digital reporting
Manage talent and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and freelancer quality
Foster cross-functional collaboration and support company culture

Essential Competencies:

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant business management degree (Honours/Masters) or CA(SA) equivalent
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in financial reporting or a listed corporate environment
Proven experience managing diverse teams at a senior level
Strong project and business management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Own reliable transport and ability to travel locally and abroad
