:A financial services company with an international footprint requires a highly skilled Head of Administration to lead the operations of the Cape Town office. In this crucial role, you will be the essential administrative link between the headquarters in Switzerland and CT, to keep this office running successfully and operationally. Permanent, hybrid with 3-4 days in office, core hours are 8.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday however this is negotiable dependent on the requirements of the right candidate. R50 000 for full-time or pro-rata for reduced hours.Responsibilities:You will work alongside the specialists in Switzerland (Finance, HR) but also be the point of contact for the local accountant and other services providers such as insurance companies, landlord etc.Responsible for all payment transactions and bank accounts.Prepare and manage accounting records and interact with the external accountant and auditors (maintain electronic and physical records).Oversight of payroll, expense claims, PAYE and SARS payments.Responsible for contracts and the management of service providers.Assist with the establishment and documentation of new processes.Maintaining various registers necessary to manage the South African operations.Preparation of data and records for the consolidated ESG (sustainability) reporting.Manage office tasks such as the ordering of stationary, the procurement of computers for new employees.Assist in organising local team events or events for clients.Assist MD with ad-hoc tasks.Be open to take on additional tasks as they arise.
