Job Description
Qualifications:
- Honours degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in BI or related roles
- Managerial experience in leading BI teams
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Qlik
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support decision-making
- Create and manage back-end SQL databases
- Develop and maintain front-end visualizations using Power BI and Qlik
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Provide BI consultancy services to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in data usage and reporting
- Lead and mentor the BI team to achieve organizational goals
