:Leading and driving the performance of direct reportsDelivering organizational costing within the agreed budgets and timeframesManaging risk and control effectivelyPromoting a culture of continuous improvement and drive necessary changesResponsible for the data integrity of the divisions informationResponsible for Strategic and Analytical development of productsParticipate in driving and achieving sales of credit products in each segmentQualifications and Skills:Must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or other related Business fields4 years + proven experience in similar roleExperience coming from a Banking / Retail environment will be advantageousProven experience managing a business or divisionSystems development experience is advantageousProven marketing, sales and operational experience
