Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic, financially minded individual for our Head of Commercial Finance position. This critical role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving financial strategies while supporting various departments. Pure source is responsible for the management of all solar, generator and borehole/water projects for the clients Group across South Africa, as well as external clients.The successful candidate must have extensive experience working in the financial space. He/ She will be responsible to develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of Pure Source business.KEY COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of best practice controls
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work under extreme pressure to tight deadline
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong technical understanding of financial reporting
- Decision and initiating action.
- Adapting and responding to change
- Finance Management: Qualified
- 8 - 10 years of experience in senior financial management in a major
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, specifically SAGE, Archibus, MDA, DealPath.
- Project Management skills
- Property / Real Estate experience advantageous
