Qualifications:
xc2xb7 LLB / BCom degree in law
xc2xb7 Masters degree
xc2xb7 FAIS accredited for Category I, II and IIA
xc2xb7 CFPExperience:
xc2xb7 Has worked in large financial institution businesses within the AML compliance team in a senior management role
xc2xb7 Minimum of 8 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 work experience in the compliance management, regulatory services, audit, governance and assurance environment.
xc2xb7 Solid exposure to the regulatory and compliance environment for financial services required.
xc2xb7 Understanding of the financial services and investment management industry essential
xc2xb7 Understanding of FAIS, Insurance Act, Pension Funds Act, CISCA, POPIA, CMS and AML.
