RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Head of Compliance & HR to join our client in Claremont, Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee compliance, legal, and HR functions within a fast-paced financial services environment. If you have a strong background in compliance, financial services, and human resources, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesOversee the full HR function, including onboarding, regulatory adherence, and performance management.Communicate with external compliance advisors and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.Review and produce internal legal documents.Support the CEO with operational and strategic tasks.Onboard service providers and conduct due diligence processes.Ensure compliance with FSCA, FIC, SARB, and banking regulations.RequirementsDegree/diploma in Law or Finance.Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking, fintech, and/or crypto.Strong legal background to manage in-house legal matters.Strong operational and managerial experience in HR and compliance.Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.Ability to work under pressure and multitask across HR, legal, compliance, and management functions.Interest in cryptocurrency and financial services.BenefitsSalary: R50,000 - R60,000 per month, with incentives and additional perks.Opportunity to be part of a growing financial services company.Apply for this role today!
