We are in search of a visionary Technology Leader to head up our Core Enterprise Strategy across our business. As the Head of Core Enterprise Systems, you will be spearheading our global IT strategy for core enterprise systems that drives the organisationxe2x80x99s digital transformation and ensure we remain future fit for long-term growth and innovation.We are looking for a Technology Leader that is bold and courageous to help drive this agenda through:

• Crafting the strategy and direction by developing and executing a comprehensive strategic vision and roadmap for core enterprise systems, aligned with business objectives, technological capabilities, and industry best practices.

• Effective business partnering with key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and how technology enables their business.

• Leading the planning, implementation, and integration of core enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM HRMS, and other mission-critical applications.

• Develop and implement robust data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of organizational data within core enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to mitigate risks, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Showing thought leadership by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to enterprise systems, data management, and digital transformation.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities, user experience, and organisational efficiency.

• Relationship management with third-party vendors, software providers, and service providers

• Ensure effective management of budgeting and expenses (including cost recoveries, scalability of IT solution costs across the group) and oversee the day-to-day operations of core enterprise systems.

The Skills, Knowledge & Experience we are looking for:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in computer science/IT.

• Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferred (MBA or IT Field).

• 12-15 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise systems, preferably in a tech and data business.

• Track record of successfully leading complex system implementation projects in MNCs.

• Experience in deploying different enterprise system stacks across the major platforms.

• Deep understanding of enterprise systems architecture.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles.

• cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in cloud computing technologies, cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams for high performance.
