RetailCape TownOur client, an international Retailer is seeking to employ a head of Finance to lead their esteemed team.Brief Description:To Manage the process leading to accurate budgets and forecasts as well as statutory closings. As the custodian of the Inhouse System, implement and assess internal controls across the business and implement finance related corporate governance including the development of financial policies, standards, legislation and regulation.Full duties will be discussed during the interviewSkills and Competencies requiredxc2xb7 CA qualification or equivalent preferred; minimum qualification NQF 7 (Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Certificate and B-tech)xc2xb7 A minimum of 7 years' experience as an auditor or financial accounting manager rolexc2xb7 High level of accounting and IFRS knowledgexc2xb7 Demonstrated ability of process improvementsxc2xb7 Advanced SAP knowledge and strong Excel skillsxc2xb7 Knowledge of the FMCG industry considered to be a distinctive advantagexc2xb7 Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detailPlease send your cv to
