We are a national care company operating across Australia. We serve families, support coordinators, and vulnerable participants. We are currently rebuilding our digital marketing engine from the ground up.
This is a
performance-focused role
. You will be responsible for
every aspect of digital marketing
, including Meta ads, Google ads, website funnels, and lead tracking.
We are not looking for a content creator or someone to outsource tasks.
You must be a
hands-on digital operator
who has run real campaigns, written real copy, and delivered real leads.
Your Role:
Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Search campaigns
Build and test landing pages, forms, and funnels
Write your own ad copy (no AI fluff)
Set up reporting dashboards to track CPL, lead volume, and performance
Optimize campaign performance weekly
Work closely with our National Care Manager to refine lead quality
Own the digital marketing function end-to-end
Required Experience (Only Apply If You Meet These):
You have personally run Meta Ads (campaigns, targeting, budget, creatives)
You have personally managed Google Search Ads (keywords, budget, copy)
You've built or written for landing pages or lead gen forms
You track performance (CPL, conversions, lead source)
You work independently, take ownership, and deliver under pressure
You understand the difference between "likes" and business results
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience targeting care services, NDIS, families, or support industries
Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, or Airtable
SEO, retargeting, or automation experience
Offer:
ZAR 12,000-15,000/month

You will be responsible for everything from campaign creation to lead delivery -- with full ownership over systems, strategy, and results.
What You'll Do
Launch and manage
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Search
campaigns
Create and manage landing pages, forms, funnels, and lead capture tools
Write your own ad copy and test creative
Set up dashboards to track leads, cost per lead (CPL), and campaign ROI
Report weekly on performance
Work closely with internal sales and care teams to ensure quality lead flow
Build the marketing system once, then optimize it for scale
What You'll Need
