Head of Digital SalesAbout the Role: Our client, a leader in the office automation and digital solutions industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Digital Sales to lead and manage their digital sales teams across Johannesburg, KwaZulu-Natal, and Cape Town. This is a high-level role requiring deep expertise in digital sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of OA Software.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage digital sales teams across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Drive digital sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital sales processes and customer engagement.
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of OA Software to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Report directly to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior digital sales role, preferably in the office automation or digital solutions industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with OA Software.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple regions.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required to support teams and meet clients.
