Your Purpose...
To ensure fitness equipment is readily available, effectively, and efficiently re-deployed as per the
Your Duties and Responsibilities...
Equipment Fleet Management:
+ Create and maintain a detailed record of the Fitness Equipment Estate
+ Coordinate with internal departments to assist with CAPEX planning and rollout in relation to the existing equipment estate:
+ Input on optimal Equipment models and Brands based on:
+ Service and support infrastructure
+ Central Operations, Product and Procurement Department inputs and approval
+ Costs of ownership data reporting in conjunction with the Finance Department
+ Redeployment forward planning and strategies
+ Provide ongoing input to the business on optimal depreciation strategies based on the above
Redeployment
+ Manage the redeployment strategy for equipment assets:
+ Asset tracking: Implement and manage a process for tracking of all assets repurposed for refurbishment and/or strip salvage solution.
+ Approvals: Obtain internal approvals based on planned outcomes Refurbishment:
+ Manage service providers and internal resources to complete refurbishment/disposal
+ Manage information exchange internally to ensure complete record keeping of asset movements
+ Logistics: Manage service providers and internal resources to complete equipment redeployment
+ Ensure all financial objectives are clearly defined and achieved upon with regards to planned outcomes for the above.
Cost of Ownership
+ Create and maintain reports on equipment costs of ownership for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty equipment assets:
+ Liaise with internal resources and external service providers to validate information
+ Create and maintain a strategy to deliver optimal costs of ownership on equipment assets
+ Manage service providers and internal resources to deliver on optimal costs of ownership for equipment
+ Manage service providers and internal resources to deliver optimal uptime on equipment assets across the estate
+ Manage service providers to deliver on SLA commitments
+ Manage internal resources to adhere to warranty regulations
+ Create and maintain internal spare parts inventory
+ Create harvest opportunities through equipment disposal process
+ Ensure accurate reporting on spare parts dispatch and execution via internal resources
+ Create and maintain equipment maintenance budgets
+ Create and maintain detailed records of equipment in storage to deliver optimal cost control
+ Manage service providers to ensure accurate data reporting
+ Ensure efficiency in equipment disposal and redeployment to deliver minimal storage costs to company where possible
Reporting
+ Create and maintain detailed reporting to the business as required on all elements indicated above
+ Assist Internal resources with the ongoing improvement of the accuracy of the Fixed Assets Register
+ Ensure consistent data fact checking with all relevant departments prior to publication of information
Our Minimum Requirements...

A history of at least 5 years in a Senior or National Project Management role.
Experience in Asset or Fleet management
Excellent MS Excel skills
Experience in basic financial analytics and reporting
Experience in Asset Life Cycle costing and management
