Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on key financial decisions and contribute to overall business strategy.
- CA(SA) or non-CA(SA) qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing finance teams.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
