Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as Head of Finance Operations in Gauteng. If you have a strong background in finance operations, sales credit risk, payroll, commissions, and remuneration support, this could be the ideal role for you.As the Head of Finance Operations, you'll play a crucial role in leading a team responsible for sales credit risk, payroll and payments, commission and remuneration operational support, and intermediary conduct. • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and understanding of business priorities. Manage commission month-end close-off procedures and promote fair treatment across the team.
• Internal Process: Lead the management team in achieving key performance areas, drive business optimisation, and contribute to strategic planning. Implement effective risk management processes and promote digital transformation.
• Finance: Prepare and control the departmental budget, authorise expenditures, and monitor internal financial controls. Seek opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
• People: Foster a positive work climate, encourage innovation, and drive continuous learning and improvement. Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to organisational values and promoting a culture of transformation and collaboration.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric ( Grade 12)
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Desirable),
• Postgraduate Degree (Advantageous).

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a similar environment. Experience with commissions, payroll, and sales operations is essential. Familiarity with FAIS, FICA, South African Labour, and Tax Legislation.
• Comprehensive experience in stakeholder management, relationship-building, and working with middle and senior managers across various sales channels.
