Job Summary A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Controlling to drive financial strategy, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and interpret large financial data sets to support business growth.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification is essential
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in financial controlling, reporting, and risk management
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
- Expertise in handling large volumes of financial data and ERP systems
