Head of Financial Services Products Finance - GENERAL
Centurion - GautengAs the Head of Financial Services Products: Lending, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Financial Services division. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in banking product management, particularly in micro-lending and savings and investment products.You will oversee all aspects of the business unit, from strategy development to operational execution, ensuring sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Lead and oversee the Financial Service business unit, driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
• Develop and launch innovative micro-lending and savings and investment products, leveraging market insights and customer needs.
• Manage credit and operations effectively to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate and manage key stakeholder relationships, including third-party partners and regulatory bodies.
• Mitigate business risks through proactive risk management strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture through effective people management and leadership.
• Champion customer experience (CX) best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree or MBA preferred.
• Qualification in strategy, leadership, business management, or credit management is advantageous.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in banking product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and achieving market success.
• Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) strategies and implementation.
