The Head of FP&A primary role is to build budget and forecast, collaborate with head of departments and enhance data accuracy and reporting processes.ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas
Build and lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with departments across the business to deliver financial support for operational and strategic initiatives.
Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and risk assessment.
Enhance financial reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of data.
Support the Head of Finance in ad-hoc financial analysis, board reporting, and strategic planning.
Develop, mentor and coach a team of junior staff.EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Accounting & Finance or a similar level in a related field.
5+ years of experience in corporate finance management roles.
Consolidations/group reporting experience.
Knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and SAP software.
Strong leadership, organisation, and project management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
