As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of Growth to take charge of scaling our marketing, outreach, and growth strategies to increase our reach and impact.Role Overview:
The Head of Growth will be a strategic visionary and hands-on leader responsible for driving the companys long-term growth and market positioning. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and will involve crafting and executing high-level strategies to scale the business while maintaining a sharp focus on our mission of improving mental well-being. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial leader who can balance both visionary thinking and practical execution to drive sustainable growth.
As the Head of Growth, you will define the companys overarching marketing, partnership, and growth strategies and will work across teams to bring them to life. Your role will go beyond traditional marketing; it requires a deep understanding of business development, brand positioning, digital marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition.Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and implement the long-term growth strategy for the company. Lead the companys marketing, growth, and outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and mission to improve mental health outcomes.
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Create and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Work cross-functionally to prioritize growth initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and foster key partnerships with healthcare providers, industry leaders, and influencers to amplify the companys reach. Develop long-term strategic relationships that support the company's growth trajectory.
  • Brand Positioning & Storytelling: Act as the companys chief advocate, leading efforts to position the brand as a thought leader in the mental health space. Shape brand narratives that resonate deeply with our target audiences and inspire trust.
  • Marketing & Digital Strategy: Oversee the companys digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. Lead efforts to enhance the online presence, improve user experience, and optimize digital channels for growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to inform decisions and optimize growth strategies. Leverage data and performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to assess ROI, refine campaigns, and drive performance.
  • Revenue & Lead Generation: Lead efforts to create new revenue streams and optimize existing ones. Build and maintain a comprehensive lead generation strategy, ensuring marketing investments result in measurable business growth.
  • Thought Leadership & Public Relations: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Build relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to raise awareness about our work and impact in the mental health field.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals (if applicable) while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Collaborate with the CEO, leadership, and other departments to drive company-wide growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • C-Suite or Head of Growth Experience: 6+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on marketing, growth, or business development. Proven track record in roles such as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Head of Growth, or equivalent.
  • Strategic Visionary: Strong ability to think strategically, develop long-term plans, and execute them with precision. Proven experience in defining and leading growth initiatives that scale businesses.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media management, and lead generation. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI. Familiarity with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and performance tracking tools.
  • Partnership & Relationship Building: Expertise in identifying and cultivating high-value partnerships that drive growth. Ability to work with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, influencers, and key industry players, to expand the companys reach.
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Experience in leading brand development and positioning. Proven ability to craft compelling brand stories that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.
  • Results-oriented leadership: A proven ability to drive results through innovative strategies. Strong experience in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Passion for Mental Health: A deep passion for improving the well-being of individuals through therapy and mental health services. A demonstrated commitment to understanding the challenges of mental health and a desire to make a positive societal impact.
  • Experience in Healthcare/Mental Health: Experience working in the healthcare or mental health industry is preferred, though candidates with strong backgrounds in other sectors who have a passion for these fields are also encouraged to apply.
