- Implement performance management systems
- Manage employee training and development programs
- Develop and execute succession planning
- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Lead HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Support organizational culture and values
- Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters
Completed Bcom in Human Resources and related field.
7+ years experience in a similar role in finance.
