Job Description

This role is critical for overseeing IT operations, ensuring optimal systems, network infrastructure, and application performance that support the client's goals for operational excellence.Responsibilities:- Lead IT Operations department, establishing goals to support business strategies.
- Plan and allocate resources for maximum productivity and effectiveness.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and cloud/hosting needs.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, including network security and audit requirements.
- Oversee new systems/applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Maintain and update an asset register, managing acquisition and secure transfer of assets.
- Direct overall management of enterprise architecture and ensure data security.
- Implement solutions for troubleshooting, system backups, and disaster recovery.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to optimize service delivery across the value chain.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing IT team to support continuous improvement.
