Job Description
My client from an International Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Head of Land Transport South AfricaManage and refine the transportation operations of the company
Responsible for land transport both locally and cross border
Experience in managing land transport within Sub Saharan Africa countries
Responsible for the performance of all branches in RSA including Mozambique and Namibia
Deliver agreed gross profit targets
Perform KPI evaluation
Ensure proper subcontractors are chosen
Increase market share
Handle RFI's and RFQ'sMatric
Minimum of 10 years experience in a management position, preferably within transportation
Graduate degree is advantageous
