The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and business growth. This includes overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, managing the marketing team, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.Key functions:Brand Management - overall management of the Company's national brand identity and the implementation of the brand nationwide.Strategic Marketing - develop and implement the marketing strategies; understand and implement company sales initiatives, providing marketing support for company promotions.Digital Marketing and Advertising - manage all online marketing and brand presence initiatives including the website, online advertising portals and social media channels.Strategic Partnerships - develop strong strategic marketing relationships with vital partners i.e. PR companies, advertising agencies, marketing tool suppliers, sponsorship partners and international brand partners.PR ManagementCSI - oversee and drive CSI initiativesROI - compile the annual national marketing budget; track and report on key marketing metricsLeadership - lead and manage the marketing team; collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategy with company strategy.Franchise division - Support the franchise division on growth strategy which includes supporting and opening of new branches.Qualifications and Experience:
